Every engagement is unique to my client’s needs. However, a typical path will have these stages:
Discovery: Identifying goals and development areas.
Assessment: Gathering feedback and benchmarking against other leaders.
Practice: Generating new awareness, adopting new mindsets, and trying new behavioral practices while monitoring their impact.
Integration: Creating structures to reinforce the new way of being, sensing, and behaving.
